FriendSter is the NEXT biggest thing...

It's rather addicting.

But I must admit... i don't see alot of old people doing it.... so there are demographic limitations

Google is still king. Everyone uses Google.

On a sad note: over the weekend. .. a family member past away. She was my grandmother's sister in law. She was 73 years old.

My aunts went to the Philippines for the funeral.

that's why it's soooo important to spend time with your loved ones.

Life is short.

Be Good.
Be Smart.
Be Happy.

he said my assertion is incorrect about mylast post. There are lots of lonely people are married or in relationships as well.

He's right.

One can be lonely even in a relationship.

that's truly sad.

You know what the biggest problem in the world is?

LONELINESS

I mean seriously...

look around you.

We have so much information hitting you : the internet, TV... and yet MOST people are SINGLE!!

I see it all over the place.

Good, Quality, Attractive ( well it's all relative you know) people are SINGLE!!

what's up with that?

I don't get it!

actually i do get it.

Because we have so much information because we are so efficient, we work more to process it. hence we stay at work longer.

then we can't socialize.

possibly it's also because medicine and nutrition, there are more ppl in the world.

that's why we have sooo many single ppl ... so many ppl to choose from .... too many decisions to make.

... it's horrible...

I'm just happy and lucky that I found someone special.

what's the difference with living in the burbs vs. the city

( a real city like San Francisco, NYC, Boston , not LA where everything is spread out).

PARKING

First of all.. surburban people are territorial about the parking spots in front of their homes. Why is that?
Not sure. It's not like they own the street. In the city ( San Francisco) people are just glad to have any parking spot. But people in the burbs always look out their window to see who parked in front of their house. Sometimes to protect themselves of this event, home owner will park his/her second car in front so that no one will park in spot

And why is it that people in the burbs are always trying to get the closest parking spots to the strip mall stores.

The other day, there was parking spots open all over the place in front of the Trader Joe's and this guy in the mini van pulls up the spot just to the left pf me because it was closer to trader joe's. But the spot to right of me was open as well.

Unfortunately for him the spot to the left of me, was made for a short car because it had a little island in front. In addition to the island, there was a Trader Joe's shopping cart in front. As he approached the spot , he realized he wasn't going to fit. He then got out of the car and put the shopping cart onto the parking island. Next he proceeded to move his mini van into the spot. The mini van knocked out the shopping cart. The rear of the mini van still stuck out. All of this because of closer parking spot.

In short people in the Burbs spend so much jockeying for parking spots, instead just finding a spot and going about their business.

I just don't get it.

Garner's secret romance with 'Alias' co-star; Farrell's money woes over son; Britney's battle with nicotine

Man, what can you say about people in Hollywood?

Why do people break up so much? Is it because you are working long intensive hours and the only people that understands your suffering is the people you work with. So you eventually fall for that person...
Heck it's Hollywood, everyone is good looking. Is that what happens?

Poor Scott Foley... his ex wife is the hottest woman on TV. I love her too. Jennifer Garner is everyone's favorite.. Damn lucky guy ...
Also I feel bad for the lucky guy that was dating Jessica Alba before she got engaged to her costar. Jessica Alba .. hubba hubba.

The truth of the matter is that we are human and like other animals on this earth have other desires for variety... I suppose.
Beautiful people always have it easier than ugly people. .. and most of us are in the middle somewhere.
Unfortunately, most of us don't have the same options as because we don't have the "beautiful" genes... so we have to work hard to stay with the people we are with.

After a long long week, Anna's co worker Fabiola was going to paint the town red before she heads off to med school.

Saturday Party plans: - party cable car in the city with 5-6 bar stops

One them being the Dragon Bar in North Beach.

I was pretty excited. I love the city... and it's energy.

Anyways Anna was tired and hungry from a day of moving. And Chi got back from her "date".

We decided to hit North Beach for one of my favorite restaurants in SF -- THe House.

The House
1230 Grant Street
San Francisco, CA
415. 986 8612

You won't find "The House" on any Zagat or Fodder's top 20 restaurants..

Here's one of the specials we ate...

I can't believe it's August.

honestly, I can't believe I moved out of the city 4 weeks ago; It seems so much longer.

And honestly, I don't remember working at CNET at all even though I worked there for 4.5 years.... All I know is about Google.

I'm so entrenched into work. As that possible?

I left CNET in May.. and it seemed so long ago... like years.

that what happens when one works 10 - 13 hour days at Google. At CNET, we had 2-3 months of 10-11 hour days... then back to an easy schedule for 4-5 months .. then 2-4 months of 10-12 hour days... and then 4-5 months of 6 hour days... Well I suppose it depends what you are working on.

People ask me if I like my job.. and if like working at Google vs. CNET.

the answer is "yes" and ABSOLUTELY!!
